Joint transformation

Supporting a loved one with Borderline Personality Disorder can be very challenging.

Facilitated by Sheree Irwin and Sarah Turner, our BACP Accredited and Intensively DBT trained therapists, these one-hour family support group sessions are tailored for those supporting loved ones suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder or traits of.

Scheduled to run every 3 weeks, these sessions provide valuable information and DBT-informed practical guidance about this particular mental health condition.

Our family support evening provides:
  • Support for anyone with a loved one suffering from BPD
  • A confidential space to share experiences
  • An opportunity to meet those experiencing similar challenges
  • Practical guidance and support
  • A booklet containing DBT skills to help support your loved one
