Course details

A nine-week course designed for those with prior knowledge of DBT skills (from our own 9-week skills group programme or equivalent) that wish to reinforce their learning. Provides focus on development and implementation of the following skills:

Mindfulness

Distress tolerance

Emotion regulation

Interpersonal effectiveness

Course Includes:
  • One 90-minute skills group per week
  • Three one-to-one therapy sessions
  • Three family support evenings for loved ones
  • 3 booklets of DBT skills information
  • Supporting materials
