With a combined experience of over 15 years, they have witnessed first-hand the transformative power of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) in helping individuals struggling with emotion regulation, distress, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and difficulties in maintaining meaningful relationships.
Sarah has developed a comprehensive online DBT programme, believing everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from this evidence-based therapy.

Sarah’s professional journey began after life-altering events led her to find solace in therapeutic support, a journey that inspired her to become a therapist. Sarah provides support to individuals dealing with a wide range of complex mental health concerns and relationship difficulties. Sarah is intensively trained by British Isles DBT Training. Sarah is passionate about helping individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), Bipolar Disorder (Type I and II), chronic anxiety and chronic depression. Sarah attends regular training in her areas of interest to keep her knowledge current and ensure she is delivering the highest quality of care to her clients. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys nature, sewing, being with her family and her two little dogs, Fred & Ginger.
Mandy began her career working in an NHS GP surgery. Here, Mandy worked for 10 years learning all aspects of the service and gained valuable experience. In her next role, Mandy worked as a manager in an NHS walk-in centre. Following this role, Mandy was employed as a medical secretary at The Priory Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex.
Mandy is currently working as a private medical secretary for Sarah Turner, DBT Therapist and a private psychiatrist.
Mandy has great empathy for those suffering with mental health symptoms and will do all she can to ensure the smooth running of your therapy experience.
In her spare time, Mandy enjoys walking her dog in nature, fitness and socialising with friends.
Sheree Irwin’s path began with personal introspection and the desire for positive change. Sheree holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and has been BACP Accredited since 2005 . Sheree became a qualified Life Coach in 2004 and became DBT Intensively trained whilst working at the Priory Hospital, where she went on to develop and implement DBT programmes. In her spare time Sheree enjoys creative hobbies such as crafting and sewing. Sheree enjoys spending time with her family.
Sara’s journey started when she became interested in spirituality which led to exploring different ways of helping people reach their potential. Sara qualified in 2009 and is an Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She is also trained in Creative Therapies and Relationship Counselling. Sara has a busy practice in Colchester. Sara also teaches students to become qualified Integrative Counsellors. Sara is a Lead Tutor on an Accredited Diploma Counselling Course. Sara has knowledge of DBT and is currently undergoing her formal training.
In her spare time, Sara loves being outside in nature and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
